About Teri...
When I was about 15 my father came home with a really cool digital camera. He
said it was for work but I took it and made it my own. I started carrying this
new camera with me everywhere and I photographed everything. This new
digital camera was amazing.
I kind of went backwards in learning photography after that. I took a photo class
in high school and decided film was the way to go. I got a job at a camera store, bought a fancy new SLR camera and decided that's what I wanted to do.
After a year in college as a graphic design major, I transfered to Northeastern University and majored in Photography. I learned the ins and outs of processing, composition and photo design.
It wasn't until after college that I realized my love again for digital photography. Since graduation I have learned that I really enjoy photographing people. I love the
reaction and the emotion that is envoked by a simple photograph. A baby's laugh, a bride's smile, a simple gesture can make everyone's day better.
